REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

Refund, Cancellation & Purchase Policy

All sales are final. GLOTONE does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any products or services under any circumstances.

 

Memberships & Digital Content

All subscriptions, including lifetime memberships, provide access to the content currently available on the platform at the time of purchase. Content offerings may evolve, and GLOTONE does not guarantee the inclusion of specific classes, materials, or instructors unless explicitly stated.

 

Virtual Events (Technique Classes)

Tickets purchased for virtual events are valid for live participation only and do not include replay access. Recordings may be made available exclusively to active GLOTONE members at GLOTONE’s discretion.

 

1:1 Lessons

All purchased 1:1 lessons must be scheduled and completed within 90 days of purchase.
Unused lessons after 90 days will be forfeited. No extensions, credits, or exceptions will be granted.

 

Cancellations

Members may cancel their monthly or annual subscription at any time.
All past payments are non-refundable and will not be returned upon cancellation.

Access to member-only content and archives will continue until the end of the current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.

 

Payments & Authorization

All transactions are processed through a secure 256-bit encrypted payment system and must be authorized by the purchaser. GLOTONE is not responsible for unauthorized purchases and assumes no liability for fraudulent transactions.

 

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting GLOTONE at info@glotone.co to resolve the issue.

Any chargeback or dispute initiated without prior communication may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access to all GLOTONE services

  • Permanent account suspension

  • Additional action to recover disputed funds, including fees incurred
